Under Sections 6113 of the Internal Revenue Code, we are required to inform you that contributions or gifts to NACTA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.  All applications for NACTA membership are subject to NACTA's verification and approval process.  The $25 processing fee is not refundable.  Applicants approved for membership will be notified in writing.  Your application request signifies your agreement to refrain from use of NACTA's logo or trademarks until NACTA membership has been approved.
