NACTA's Virtual Cruise Nights are Here!!!

A Great Opportunity for Allied Supplier Members!

You are invited to participate in NACTA’s newest program The NACTA Virtual Cruise Night!  Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to build your sales with the NACTA home based agent community.  NACTA has developed the Virtual Cruise Night as an opportunity to bring individual cruise lines, home based travel agents and consumers together in one spot to learn about your cruise product and purchase their dream cruise on the spot!  As a participant in the virtual cruise night your cruise line will have the opportunity to present your itineraries and ships exclusively to the traveling public via the NACTA webinar technology.

We have surveyed our membership and they overwhelmingly support at home training opportunities.  Please join us in this effort to keep our membership on the cutting edge and up to date on their knowledge about your product! How it works:

• NACTA will provide webinar technology for the virtual cruise night. 

• Agents all across the United States can invite their clients to participate in the virtual cruise night via an html invitation sent to the agent by NACTA
• NACTA sends an html invitation to agent members and they customize the invitation with their logo and contact information. 
• The agent then emails the invitation to their list of clients, inviting them to join the virtual cruise night
• Clients register for the virtual cruise night webinar via the agent’s invitation… agency name will be a required field for registration so clients will be linked with their respective agency or agent
• NACTA’s webinar service will send reminders to registrants the day prior and one hour prior to the event
• Allied Cruise Line can participate in their exclusive “Virtual Cruise Night” at a charge of $500 per cruise night.  A value added offer will be requested from the cruise line for all attendees to redeem with their NACTA agent.  (Onboard credit or free bottle of wine etc.).
• Allied suppliers will also receive an additional training webinar in advance of the virtual cruise night to train all participating NACTA member travel agents so they are up to date on your product and special offer
• Allied suppliers will also be required to provide an 800 toll free conference call number for the participants to call in to for the audio portion of the cruise night
• Participants can email questions to the presenter during the cruise night live
• NACTA will not provide registrant names to supplier or other agents however each individual agent will receive the names and information for each consumer who is participating from their respective agency in order that they may follow up and close the sale
• Agents will be able to participate free of charge.  If they choose to have an exclusive cruise night with no other agents the cost of the cruise night will be $150 to the agent.
